Our Evaluation and Research team is committed to partnering with communities to drive meaningful change. We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to inform, measure, and improve programs, policies, and systems.
Through a collaborative and participatory approach, we provide expert guidance in:

The Evaluation and Research team uses a variety of methods to inform public health strategies, drive evidence-based decision-making, and promote health equity in the community. These methods include but are not limited to GIS mapping, literature reviews, network mapping, Photovoice, qualitative focus groups and key informant interviews, secondary data analysis, and surveys.

Evaluation and Research Planning
We offer expertise in developing proposals with evaluation and research components, as well as creating clear and concise logic models to visualize program impact.
Proposal Development – We support or lead proposals with evaluation and research components or focus.
Logic Models – We use facilitation methods to clearly and concisely build a graphical representation of a program or organization’s theory of change.
Training and Technical Assistance
We will provide tailored training and technical assistance to enhance evaluation and research capacity. This includes workshops on evaluation planning with a health equity focus, logic model development, and guidance on creating evaluation frameworks. Our goal is to equip organizations with the skills to conduct rigorous and impactful evaluations.
